Shipping and Delivery Policy
We provide FREE track and trace shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
GPS Locator orders, with a correct shipping address, should be delivered within 3 to 7 working days using a track and trace shipping method.

Refunds and Returns Policy
All sales are final, we do not provide refunds. Moreover, we do not take any responsibility for lost devices. However, if there is a fault with our products (independent from Cellular network and GPS coverage which is out of our control), we will provide a solution. The Client will have to cover the cost of returning the product to us and we will cover the cost of sending the product back to the Client. If the device is found to be working properly or if it has been damaged due to a shock, moisture, or misuse then inspection or repair fees would be at the Client’s cost. Please note : it is required to keep the original packaging, documents and accessories in order to proceed with the return process.

Cancellation Policy
For GPS Locator orders that have not been shipped yet, customers can contact us via our contact form to ask for cancellation. In this case a restocking fee of 20% will apply and the remaining will be credited back to the card that was used for payment, fees charged by the Credit Card processing company will be deducted from your refund amount.
